Vermouth di Torino
Rosso I.G.P.

Rich, full-bodied and highly complex, Vermouth di Torino Rosso Doragrossa is a distinctive example of the forerunner of modern pre-mixed cocktails whose history is rooted in centuries of Piedmontese tradition, culture and craftsmanship.

Who says Vermouth says Turin. While its roots lie in our history (the Hippocratic wines with digestive virtues and the wines infused with medicinal herbs) its real debut in society took place in 1786, in Turin.

This fine fortified wine, sweetened and enriched with infusions of herbs, spices and fruits, conquered the Savoy court, cafés and restaurants: vermouth time became an unmissable social ritual.

Pleasantly bitter traits of cinchona bark, rhubarb, gentian and cocoa combine with fresh, citrusy notes of orange peel.

To be enjoyed neat, chilled, with a twist of lemon, in a coupette or in a small wine glass. Also perfect as ingredient of premium cocktails.
