Liquore Chinotto
If consumed fresh, chinotto has a distinctly sour and bitter taste. This is why this fruit is generally used for the production of liqueurs, candied fruit and jams, as well as natural remedies and perfumes; valuable and sought-after end products.
Liquore Chinotto
Citrus Myrtifolia, commonly known as Chinotto, is a small and wonderful citrus fruit that grows mainly in small agricultural areas near the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Its intrinsic qualities are well known and, if skilfully worked, this fruit can offer an extraordinary combination of distinctive aromas and perfectly balanced sweet and bitter flavours that are delightful on the palate.
Crafted with the greatest care and is completely natural, free of preservatives and colouring agents.
Best enjoyed on its own, ice-cold or to create drinks with a distinctive Mediterranean twist.
