Liquore Bergamotto

The fresh fruit is picked, washed and peeled. The peel, rich in essential oils, is steeped in alcohol. Part of the hydroalcoholic preparation is distilled in a small bain-marie pot still, then mixed with the macerated part.

The processes, carried out with great care and skill, result in a totally natural liqueur, where intense and persistent flavors match with the unmistakable gentle and fragrant notes of this incredible fruit.
